EMPOWERING YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS THROUGH MARTIAL ARTS, MINDFULNESS, AND THE TEACHINGS OF BRUCE LEE.
ABOUT WARRIOR ACADEMY
Warrior Academy is a transformative program that empowers youth in underserved communities by combining martial arts training with social-emotional learning, mindfulness and Bruce Lee’s teachings.
In partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs, our program helps students build essential life skills to enhance their physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Through this initiative, we aim to create lasting, positive change in the lives of young people.
The Bruce Lee Foundation is dedicated to sharing Bruce Lee’s teachings and legacy to uplift and empower youth, promote mental wellness, and build a thriving community.
Our Camp Bruce Lee and Warrior Academy youth programs inspire resilience, self-discovery, and personal growth through martial arts and mindfulness classes. Additionally, we foster cross-sector collaborations, events and projects that cultivate cultural connection and healing.
We believe Bruce Lee’s life and practices can ignite positivity, encouraging people to embrace their uniqueness, unlock their potential, and support one another.
As Bruce Lee said, “If everyone would help their neighbor, then no one would be without help”
